Orders & Payment

Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?

Standard delivery typically takes 7–14 business days internationally. Express options may be available at checkout depending on your location.
How do I track my order?
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this to monitor your delivery in real time.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
We offer a 14-day return window from the date of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached. Please visit our Shipping & Returns page for full instructions.
How long does a refund take?
Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days. The funds will be returned to your original payment method.
Sizing & Fit
How do I find my size?
We recommend consulting our Size Guide before purchasing. If you are between sizes, we generally recommend sizing up for a more comfortable fit.
Do your sizes run true to size?
Most of our pieces are true to size. Any notable exceptions are mentioned in the individual product descriptions. When in doubt, refer to the measurements in our Size Guide.
