Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Customs & Import Duties

International orders may be subject to customs duties and import taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient. Maison Eiffah is not liable for any delays caused by customs processing.

Returns Policy

We want you to love every piece you receive. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we make returns simple.

Eligibility

  • Returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
  • All original tags must be attached
  • Items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return

How to Return

  1. Email us at support@maisoneiffah.com with your order number and reason for return
  2. We will send you a return authorisation and instructions within 24 hours
  3. Pack your item securely and ship it back using a tracked service
  4. Once received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. To receive a different size or item, please return your original order and place a new one.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at support@maisoneiffah.com with photos and your order number. We will resolve the issue promptly at no cost to you.
